Allegro REI is a real estate investment company that identifies and acquires underperforming Multifamily properties (apartment buildings). We renovate them to improve residents’ quality of life and increase profitability, providing income to our investors. After completing this “value add” phase, we bring the assets back to market, returning our investment partners’ capital, plus sharing in the profits from the resale.
